Cosmo 515 Minutes, October 13, 2023

The club membership convened on October 5, 2023, with Rosie Dauth presiding. Members present were Ahern, Chamberlain, Charchian, Dauth, Dunn, Drewitz, Heim, Olson, Renick, Sheppard, Walerius, Wolesky. Members absent were Wolfson, Bennett, Mitchell, Pauline Jefson, 

 

1. Meeting called to order at 6pm.

1. Reports from club officers and committees were provided: 

1. Spencer Olson informed the club that its current balance is $2,893.65.

2. Spencer Olson volunteered to take the Treasurer role.  

3. Motion made and seconded to appoint Spencer Olson as Treasurer. Ayes: 11 with Olson abstaining. Nays: None. Motion carried. 

1. Motion made and seconded to pause collection of club dues until club balance falls below $1,000. Discussion followed. George reviewed our annual costs, which include Zoom license, website, and scheduler. Motion made and seconded to end debate. Motion carried. Vote on the main motion eight ayes and four nays. Motion carried.
